This summer, Chef Johnny Haffner is opening the doors to his catering kitchen for a handful of intimate pasta nights filled with good food, good wine energy, and a few tricks from decades in the game.
Students will roll, shape, stir, sip, and learn alongside Johnny as he walks through some of his favorite Italian classics, including a live ravioli demonstration and hands-on pasta preparation from start to finish.
Each class is limited to 20 seats only. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.
